- Returned items must be received in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged.

- Ensure the original packaging, gift box, diamond certificate, and any other items received in your original package are included in the return shipment.

- All items must be returned as they were delivered to you. Diamonds cannot be separated from their setting in engagement rings or jewelry.

6. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered the processing stage. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.
