STEP 7 – a commemorative inscription on the ring (optional)

STEP 9 – the type of diamond (natural, ECO – lab-created)

Setepai works with primary suppliers from RapNet, an online diamond trading network. The platform allows diamond dealers and jewelers from around the world to connect and trade diamonds securely and transparently, without an additional premium on the value of the diamonds.

Custom-made products from CREATE YOUR DREAM are shipped within 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you have a specific timeline in mind, or your order is urgent, simply Contact us and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We provide a clear timeline and keep you updated on the progress of your ring.

We offer a ring sizing guide on our website to help you determine your ring size. You can also visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured, or request a Setepai ring sizer — just Contact us.

In the manufacture of our rings we use both natural and lab-created (ECO) diamonds. Every piece comes with a certificate from a reputable gemological laboratory, which gives you peace of mind that the diamonds used in your custom piece are authentic. These certificates provide detailed information about the diamonds' quality, authenticity and any treatments they may have undergone.

We provide a certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory — primarily GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute) and AGS (American Gem Society), among others.

All of our CREATE YOUR DREAM rings are made specifically for each customer, so we cannot accept returns on these items. However, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments or repairs to your custom piece to ensure your satisfaction.

Domestic packages typically arrive within 2–4 days after they have been shipped. You can track your FedEx package using the tracking number provided to get an estimated delivery time.

To be considered for a refund or exchange, the item must be completely unused and unworn, in its original packaging. Setepai retains the right to refuse any return if the items are found to be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

You must Contact us with your name, order number and a description of the issue within the allotted time period, or your return will not be accepted. A representative will get back to you within 24 hours during business hours, Monday–Friday. Setepai provides a prepaid return label to ensure the products are protected and insured.

Jewelry purchased from FINE JEWELRY is eligible for return for a full refund within 30 business days from the date the product was delivered to you.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged. Please ensure that the original packaging, gift box, diamond certificate and any other items received in your original package are included in the return shipment. All items must be returned as they were delivered to you. Diamonds cannot be separated from their setting in engagement rings or jewelry.

The Setepai team stands behind the quality of our products and services, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. To that end, we offer the following warranty policy:

– We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our jewelry for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If your jewelry fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
– Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse, misuse or improper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your jewelry to ensure its longevity and prevent damage.
– To make a warranty claim, please Contact us with your name, order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or other information to assess the problem. If we determine that the issue is covered under our warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the jewelry to us for repair or replacement.
– If we determine that the issue is not covered under our warranty, we will provide an estimate for the cost of repair or replacement. Any costs associated with shipping or handling will be the responsibility of the customer.
– Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the custom jewelry product.
